Marketing Communications Intern (60-80%)

Bcomp Ltd. is a young and dynamic Swiss company specialised in the development, marketing and sales of natural fibre composite solutions for high performance applications. With a background in the sports industry, and after establishing ourselves in motorsports, we are now focusing on growing our presence in the mobility market. We develop sustainable lightweighting solutions based on natural fibres in close collaboration with our customers, in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial working environment.

To strengthen its Marketing team and further establish its market into large-scale mobility, Bcomp is looking for a Marketing Communications Intern (60-80%) from September 2024 to April 2025.

Communications & Content

• Support the creation and production of diverse marketing materials across various channels, including developing engaging content (text, images, videos) that resonates with target audiences and ensures brand consistency.
• Assist with tasks related to internal and external communications.
• Manage assigned projects and tasks independently.

Digital

• Support the team with website and social media activities.
• Assist with SEO efforts to improve the website’s organic search ranking.
• Assist with other digital marketing initiatives.

Events

• Support the team with planning and executing various marketing events incl. content creation, logistics.

Other

• Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or equivalent (or currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s program).
• High proficiency English, other languages are meriting, particularly German and French.
• Personal interest in our markets is an asset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Digital native and comfortable to work with a variety of tools.
• A collaborative and solution-focused approach, thriving in teamwork environments through consistent reliability and effective support.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and a great multi-tasker, adept at managing multiple pro-jects and deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
• Positive and energetic mindset – everything is possible! Willingness to learn new things and take on new challenges.
