GenNext Supply Chain Program (start in September 2024)

As part of our GenNext SCP at the Estée Lauder Companies, you will have the opportunity to build a world-class career by being part of the global leader in prestige beauty. This path will ultimately prepare you for an accelerated role in Supply Chain. The program includes three 6-month rotations which are composed of individual needs and interests, ensuring that you will get to know our Supply Chain EMEA and TR worldwide hub in Switzerland.

During this 18-month program, you will discover various business units while contributing to cross-functional high-profile projects across the organization. You will have the opportunity to explore different areas of Supply Chain such as Supply Planning, Logistics, Human Resources, Manufacturing to name a few. Towards the end of the program, and subject to business needs, you will have the option to specialize in an area of Supply Chain in line with your passions and previous achievements. Furthermore, you will be part of a graduate trainee network with a unique opportunity to lead cross-functional projects with other graduate trainees and/or employees.

You will be able to share your ideas with our leaders and question the status quo: you will not just talk about your career; you will be able to shape it all along.

• You have recently graduated with a Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in any subject (e.g., Business, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering or similar)
• You have a strong and proven passion for Supply Chain as a function and enthusiasm for the dynamic cosmetic- and consumer goods industry
• You have practical experience through apprenticeship/vocational training and/or internships
• You have gained experience abroad within your studies or internships
• You are fluent in English and German; any additional language would be an asset
• You are driven, curious and are not afraid to ask questions
• You are eager to bring new ideas to the table and are result-driven
• You have strong interpersonal skills which you have already demonstrated in college

• You have a strong analytical skillset
• You are a good communicator and passionate about lifelong learning
• You have a can-do attitude and dare to take on responsibilities
