Job-Information Was Sie tun werden
  • Selbstständiges Führen der Buchhaltung inkl. MWST-Abrechnungen
  • Debitoren- & Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Abwicklung Zahlungsverkehr
  • Kontoabstimmungen
  • Erstellen der Abschlüsse und Vorbereitung der Revision
  • Führen der Lohnbuchhaltung inkl. Personaladministration
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Themen und Projekten
  • Administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung im Tagesgeschäft
  • Umsetzung von Social Media und Marketing Aufgaben
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Personalwesen von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse mündlich und schriftlich
    Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Vorzugsweise Berufserfahrung im technischen Umfeld. Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Funktion mit Flair zum Marketing.
  • Freude und Flair für Zahlen
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office und Abacus
  • Hohe Dienstleistungs- und Kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Belastbarkeit sowie flexible, selbständige und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit ist für uns selbstverständlich
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe für komplexe Aufgaben und die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Themengebiete hineinzudenken
