HR Generalist (fixed-term; 1 year)

As a team of four, we juggle all topics of the employee life cycle and take care of all personnel matters from onboarding to offboarding for our employees in Switzerland. We also contribute to various HR projects and always strive to become faster and better at our job (keyword: process optimization). Feedback, input, and ideas are therefore always welcome.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Responsibility for the administrative handling of the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding
• Contact person and sparring partner for employees and line members
• Advice on labor law issues
• Responsibility for case management, exit monitoring, certificate creation, and system mutations
• Active participation in HR projects and in the further development and optimization of HR workflows and processes
• Creating evaluations and analyses in Excel

• First professional experience in a similar role and/or HR-specific training and/or further education
• Knowledge of Swiss labor law
• High quality awareness, a solution-oriented approach, holistic thinking, communication skills, and a positive attitude
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, SAP a plus
• Fluent in German and English
