For our team in Switzerland, we are looking for a Strategy and Management Consulting Intern for a period of 6+ months in our Geneva, Lausanne or Zurich office

• Project support at the customers site in one of our consulting teams
• Taking on small, independent (parts of) projects
• Collaboration in data collection and analysis as well as information gathering
• Preparation and execution of client workshops
• Getting to know the consultant skillset and our methodologies
• Efficient linking of processes between business, strategy and IT

• Academic excellence : outstanding master’s degree in a renowned University or University of Applied Sciences in the field of Economics, (Information) Technology, or Psychology.
• Industry knowledge : initial practical project experience related to digital transformation in the context of internships, a student trainee position, or a commercial/technical apprenticeship in one of our focus industries (financial services, consumer products, and manufacturing or life sciences).
• Consulting experience : initial expertise in consulting and project management.
• Conceptual talent : rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work i.e., efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT. A structured work style with a fun approach to solving complex tasks. Commitment and self-responsibility to deadlines. Eagerness to learn and adapt in uncertain situations, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Communication and presentation skills : fluent in English (written and spoken). German (Zurich/Basel) or French skills (Lausanne/Geneva) are mandatory (C1 level). Strong presentation and moderation skills.
• Digital affinity : very good MS Office skills.
