Monthly Salary: Per package

Your tasks include:

  • Available to accept returns from our customers in CH.
  • Inspecting received products for quality and completing relevant quality documentation.
  • Safely storing returns in a secure and dry location at home until they are dispatched to our warehouse.
  • Communicating with other Gusti teams via email as required.
  • Packaging items, preparing return boxes, and completing return paperwork in coordination with our warehouse return team.
  • Making sure youre present when the delivery company comes to pick up the return boxes for shipping them back to our warehouse.

These are your strengths:

  • Good english and german writing skills
  • Organizational skills
  • You have a safe place where the products can be stored for a month
