Who you are In this doble role as Fulfilment Integration Project Support and Process Developer you will play a central role in enhancing our fulfilment unit by analysing current processes, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring the successful implementation of various projects and process changes at local, country, and global levels. You have excellent knowledge of logistics processes, tools, and working methods in omnichannel retailing. You know how to analyse KPIs and use them for success measures in fulfilment units. You have the ability to monitor project implementation and take corrective actions as needed. You possess excellent computer skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office. You are fluent in English and Local language, both written and verbal. Your responsibilities Secure and maximize efficiency in unit operations by actively working on the simplification of current processes and system solutions. Compile development needs within the unit and participate in the prioritization and decision-making process for improvements. Contribute to various warehouse activities with inputs, ideas, and expertise to maximize efficiency and optimize operations, as assigned. Manage communication and change processes in a controlled manner to maximize motivation among all participants, ensuring they embrace and support the implementation. Responsible for monitoring implementation status according to the agreed timeline, budget and goals and for taking relevant corrective actions when required.
