  • Erstellen von Kostenvoranschläge und selbständiges Einholen der notwendigen Informationen
  • Auskunftserteilung zur Tax- und Tarifordnung an Patienten/innen, Angehörige, Garanten und Behörden
  • Abklärungen mit internen Stellen, Patienten/innen, Kostenträgern und kantonale Behörden

Kompetenzen und Potenzial

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung
  • Kenntnisse über das Schweizerische Gesundheitswesen und TARMED Grundlagenkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Berufserfahrung in einer Spitaladministration, einer Arztpraxis oder in ähnlicher Funktion
  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse und von Vorteil Kenntnisse im Patientenadministrativsystem Hospis
  • Selbstständige, belastbare und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit
  • Teamfähig, flexibel mit hoher Dienstleistungsmentalität
