Marketing Intern

As a Marketing Intern, you will work closely with our marketing team to assist in various marketing activities. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing within the fast-paced environment of a growing company. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and organization of events, both virtual and in-person, to promote brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage SWAG coordination, including sourcing customer gifts, managing warehouse inventory, and overseeing shipments.
• Assist in community management activities, including engaging with our online community and fostering meaningful interactions.
• Contribute to campaign development by assisting in copywriting and proofreading campaign deliverables built for various channels.
• Provide assistance with stakeholder management, including communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the marketing team.

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience or strong familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoom is a nice to have.
• Ideally, experience or a strong interest in the SaaS (Software as a Service) industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and eager to learn attitude.
• Availability to work on-site in Zurich for 40-50% of the time.
