For our estimated client, we are looking for a customer service employee, with immediate availability and 2-3 years experience in the role. Your mission

  • Tasks:

    Order Management:

    • Responsible for input, tracking, accuracy, and dispatch of the orders.
    • Coordinates order processing internally and with customers, communicating lead times, delays, problems, and changes with customers and the sales team.
    • Manages the processing of credit and debit memos.

  • Interdepartmental Operations:

    • Works closely with sales, supply chain, and operating departments to meet customer requirements.
    • Builds interface and coordinates with operating departments on customer inquiries.

  • Support:

    • Supports the sales team, sales agents, and customers.
Your profile


PROFILE:

  • Commercial studies
  • Full proficiency in English and Italian
  • 2/3 years experience in Customer Service in industrial companies
  • Experience in Logistics and Shipping coordination
  • Good IT skills
  • Team player
