Job Description:

Were recruiting a successful FP&A manager whos responsibilities will be :

• Cost Management & Control.
• Support the monthly Sales Forecast & Review Process
• Providing cost reports and analysis to the respective functions on a monthly basis
• Meets with the functional heads and management on a regular basis and challenges the Topline, cost & OP situation; identifies improvement potential and suggests measures.
• Coordination with regional controllers input and analysis of regional costs and consolidates relevant input.
• Ensurance of timely delivery within monthly closing process
• Maintains and further develops reports distributed within Nobel Biocare
• Providing monthly input to the accounting team related to accruals
• Providing input to further develop the SAP reporting landscape; sets-up the required cost center and project related structures
• Driving and supporting the preparation of reporting to NB Leadership Team and Envista
• Driving and preparing annual budget and monthly/quarterly forecasts
• Implementation of standardized systems, reports & tools, performance dashboards and quantitative and qualitative KPIs
• Aliginment of strategic company and Business Unit objectives with commercial and supply chain operational requirements

Job Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel
• Advanced knowledge of SAP (FI/CO) and preferably SAP Business Warehouse (or other BI system)
• Ability to drive changes in system landscape and interact with Finance and IT Management
• Good knowledge of a Group Consolidation/Reporting tool (HFM)
• Experience in a comparable role acting as Finance Business Partner
• Ability to translate finance expert terminology in language that Business Partner understands
• Minimum 5 years of business experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling with exposure to Analysis
• University degree or similar with focus on Finance
• Preferably experience working in a regional or group headquarter
• Leadership experience desired
• Practical experience in business process analysis and project management desired
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Any other language skills are an asset
