Product Merchandiser, Women FTW and Kids (Timberland EMEA)

Timberland EMEA is looking for an exceptional Women and Kids Footwear Product Merchandiser to join our merchandising team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

Let’s Talk about the Role

You as Product Merchandiser are responsible for driving and implement the Womens Footwear and Kids category vision & strategy.
You will be responsible for working with your cross functional partners across the integrated marketplace, creating compelling seasonal product assortments with the consumer at the center, as well as supporting segmentation and distribution developments needs in EMEA.

How You Will Make a Difference

You will achieve this by:
Seasonal hind sighting and assortment analytics
Market place visits and meeting with strategic key accounts
Competitors watch
Collaborating with global merch and other regions, briefing and providing feedback at each line review milestones
Forecasting, Pricing and margin analysis
Marketplace segmentation strategy development and execution
Supporting Sales and Marketing with educational tools and product presentations
Supporting Channel-specific commercial needs and drive SMUs

Skills for Success
You should be very well organized and a great communicator, with:
The ability to listen, communicate and partner up with different business actors
The capability to use Excel and analyze sales reports
An understanding of the Timberland consumer and the market place
An expertise in Women’s and Kids footwear business
A keen interest in Kids apparel business is a plus

A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business administration are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
