Das Hotel Christiania Mountain & Spa ist ein renommiertes 4-Sterne Haus mit bester Lage im Herzen von Zermatt, dem weltbekannten Matterhorndorf. Unser Hotel verfügt über 76 komfortable, liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer, davon 40 mit freiem Blick auf das Matterhorn. Unseren internationalen Gästen stehen eine Hotelbar und das À-la-carte Restaurant „Christiania“ mit grosser Sonnenterasse zur Verfügung. Für die richtige Entspannung sorgt unser Spa mit exklusivem Matterhornblick, mit geheiztem Hallenbad (25m), diversen Saunen, Whirlpool, Eisgrotte, Fitness -und Billiardraum. Angeschlossen sind auch eine Massage-Abteilung, sowie ein Kosmetik- und Coiffeursalon. Im Sommer bieten wir unseren Gästen ebenfalls einen Tennisplatz an.

  • Wir suchen für für den Sommer 24 in Saisonstelle (langfristig evtl. Jahresstelle) eine(n) Front Desk Agent(in) (m/w/d)

  • Arbeiten mittels Hogatex
  • Bearbeiten von Individual-Anfragen via Simplebooking
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Reisebüros
  • Reservierung und Korrespondenz in Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch
  • Check-in / Check-out mit eigener Kasse / Fakturierung
  • Restauration und F&B Umsätze verbuchen
  • Betreuung unserer internationalen Gäste
  • Übersetzung der F&B Menüs in Englisch und Französisch

Sie bringen mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre in der Hotellerie oder einen Abschluss einer Hotelfachschule
  • Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch. Französisch und Italienisch von Vorteil
  • Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Umgangsformen und eine kommunikative Persönlichkeit
  • Organisationstalent, Selbstständigkeit und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und eine teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse von Vorteil & Vorkenntnisse der Hotelreservationssysteme
  • Sie haben ein gepflegtes Escheinungsbild & Freude am Beruf!
