Aufgaben & Herausforderungen

Direkte Führung von 30 Festangestellten sowie Aushilfen
Schulen, coachen und motivieren der Mitarbeiter
Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs
Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung des Betriebes
Mitgestalten der Angebotsplanung mit dem Küchenchef
Erstellen des Forecasts und Budgetverantwortung
Reservations- und Feedbackmanagement
Personalrekrutierung zusammen mit dem HR
Administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten

Qualifikationen & Kompetenzen

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie/Hotellerie
Mehrere Jahre Führungserfahrung
Vorausschauende und organisierte Arbeitsweise
Gutes Gespür für Menschen, empathisch
Durchhaltevermögen, hohe Eigenmotivation
Flexibel, einsatzbereit und belastbar
Kommunikative, ehrliche und herzliche Art
Professionelles Auftreten in der Vorbildfunktion
Sprachen: Deutsch und Englisch, jede weitere ist ein Vorteil
