Your role

Are you detail-oriented multitasker? Do you know how to make sure things run smoothly?

We’re looking for an executive assistant to support a senior executive in Compliance and Operational Risk Control for our Global Wealth Management business in administrative matters, including:

  • helping to prepare presentations on compliance and operational risk topics
  • management of calendar with internal and external stakeholders across multiple time zones
  • arranging travel bookings, itineraries including expense management
  • support with the preparation and documentation of Management meetings, including compilation of meeting documents and minutes
  • provide organizational office support, including ordering supplies, handling mail and managing conference logistics

Your team

You’ll be working in the Compliance and Operational Risk Control C&ORC GWM team in Zurich that provides independent oversight, challenge and control over the non-financial risks arising from UBS’s business. As an executive assistant, you’ll play an important role in supporting the C&ORC GWM Management.

Your expertise

  • successful administrative experience in a fast-paced global environment
  • proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • keen attention to detail, very organized and able to seamlessly multitask
  • excellent written and verbal communicator (English and German)
  • comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • flexible, adaptable, can-do attitude
  • academic qualifications will be considered
