Result of Service Output 1. Development of a training and coaching concept, including detailed session plans and materials, within one month of contract commencement and for each assigned client. Output 2. Delivery of 10-15 coaching sessions to each assigned returnee within the first months of their return to Nigeria. Output 3. Completion of on-site visits to returnees business premises, with written assessments and recommendations provided to project management within one week of each visit. Output 4. Submission of monthly progress reports summarizing coaching activities, outcomes achieved, and challenges encountered.
