We are looking for a motivated Training and Policies Coordinator to join our Corporate Compliance Training, Awareness and Policies team at our headquarters in Baar. If you have a passion for well-structured work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, this is the ideal role for you.

The main tasks and responsibilities include:
  • Plan and organise the logistics and administration of large ethics and compliance events such as Ethics and Compliance Days and our global Compliance Summit (e.g. invitations, participant lists, room/venue bookings, catering, videography and photography, give-aways, event materials, transportation)
  • Organise all aspects of in-person trainings (e.g. book meeting rooms, coordinate schedules, set up MS Teams trainings, create sessions in Glencore’s learning management system, maintain attendee lists, take attendance, escalate non-completions)
  • Maintain the annual Compliance Document Planner and Training and Awareness Planner
  • Coordinate the review of compliance policies, standards, procedures and guidelines with subject matter experts
  • Organise translations of Compliance policies, standards, procedures and guidelines, as well as training presentations and awareness materials
  • Upload and maintain compliance policies, standards, procedures and guidelines and other relevant documentation in all languages on Glencore’s intranet and/or internet
  • Provide compliance training information and data (e.g. for quarterly Board presentations and our Ethics and Compliance Report)
  • Design and distribute Compliance awareness materials using Glencore’s communication email software
  • Serve as main point of contact for the Compliance function’s intranet pages and work closely with the Digital Workplace team in maintaining and expanding the content therein and improving the pages’ design and structure.
  • Maintain the content on Glencore’s Ethics and Compliance App
  • General administrative duties such as keeping a record of compliance training, awareness and translation expenses, document formatting, and other ad hoc administrative tasks

Qualifications and requirements:
  • A solid educational background
  • Demonstrated experience in the planning and organisation of large events and/or trainings
  • Strong organisational skills and a well-structured approach to work
  • Excellent command of MS Office suite (especially, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, point/MS Teams)
  • Excellent written and oral English (native or minimum C2 level), multilingual is an advantage
  • Holder of a Swiss work permit or CH/EU passport holder
