Descrizione del lavoro: Notre magasin recherche un(e) Vendeur(se) Principal(e) pour accompagner et soutenir léquipe de vente. Vos missions :
  • Vente, conseil client et fidélisation
  • Suivi des indicateurs commerciaux et du chiffres d’affaires, atteinte des objectifs commerciaux du magasin
  • Participation aux livraisons et à la mise en valeur des produits sur la surface de vente (respect de la charte visuelle de l’enseigne)
  • Animation, coaching et accompagnement de l’équipe de vente
En fonction de l’organisation en magasin, vous pouvez également être amené(e) à assurer les livraisons des produits et/ou intervenir en caisse. Profil :
  • Vendeur(euse) confirmé(e) (2 ans d’expérience en vente minimum) avec idéalement une première mission en animation d’équipe
  • Exemplarité, implication et engagement
  • Passion pour la vente et la relation client
  • Motivation, flexibilité, travail en équipe
  • Vous partagez nos valeurs d’Optimisme, de Créativité, d’Engagement et de Proximité
  • Vous aimez être challengé(e) et évoluer dans une dynamique de changement.
