Receptionist/in

Fixpensum von 50 - 100%

  • Herzliche und kompetente Betreuung unserer Hotelgäste in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Professioneller Check-out der Gäste mittels Protel
  • Annahme, Änderung und Bestätigung von Einzel- und Gruppenreservationen sowie Tischreservationen per E-Mail und telefonisch
  • Frühstücksservice (Inklusive Aufbau und Abbau des Frühstückbuffets)
  • Allgemeine Schreibarbeiten und Bestellungen
  • Je höher das gewünschte Arbeitspensum, umso mehr muss mit Aufgaben ausserhalb des Receptionsbereiches gerechnet werden z.B. Unterstützung des Serviceteams im Restaurant
  • Arbeitsbeginn ab 5.30 Uhr morgens muss möglich sein
  • Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie und den Willen dazuzulernen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung mit Protel (oder ähnliches Buchungssystem) von grossem Vorteil
  • Freude am Gästekontakt, Teamfähigkeit und absolute Zuverlässigkeit
  • Flexibilität auch bei anderen Aufgaben mitanzupacken

Wir sind ein Familienbetrieb mit gutbürgerlicher Küche. Unser Gasthof besteht aus einem Restaurant mit 50 Sitzplätzen und einem unterteilbaren Saal für Anlässe mit bis zu 90 Personen, der auch für den à la Carte Betrieb genutzt werden kann.

Im Sommer empfangen wir unsere Gäste auch auf der Garten-Terrasse mit 120 Sitzplätzen.

Wir verfügen über 46 Gästezimmer/Apartments. Der Hotelbetrieb ist 7 Tage die Woche geöffnet das Restaurant Montags geschlossen. Über Weihnacht- und Neujahr ist der gesamte Betrieb geschlossen.
