Telix Pharmaceutical EMEA is seeking a dynamic and experienced Market Access & Patient Advocacy Director to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving market access strategies and fostering patient advocacy initiatives across the EMEA region. Reporting directly to the Senior Leadership Team, this position requires a hands-on and results-driven individual with a strong background in market access, reimbursement, and patient engagement.

About You

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business administration, or related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, or PhD) preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in market access, reimbursement, or health economics within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and securing reimbursement for pharmaceutical products in the EMEA region.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement pathways, and regulatory requirements across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Key accountabilities

  • Develop and execute market access strategies to optimize product reimbursement and market penetration in alignment with company objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including payers, health authorities, patient advocacy groups, and other relevant organizations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including commercial, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, and legal to ensure alignment and integration of market access initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze healthcare policy changes, pricing trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Lead the development of value propositions, health economic evidence, and reimbursement dossiers to support product reimbursement submissions.
  • Identify opportunities for patient advocacy engagement and develop programs to enhance patient access, support, and education.
  • Represent Telix Pharmaceutical EMEA at conferences, meetings, and industry events to promote market access and patient advocacy initiatives.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to regional teams on market access-related matters.
