Aufgaben

  • Tägliches organisieren und führen auf dem Entremetier / Saucier-Posten
  • Vorbereiten und betreuen von Bankettanlässen
  • selbständige, strukturierte und saubere Arbeitsweise
  • Kreativität und Leidenschaft in der Produktgestaltung
  • Fachgerechte Lagerung der Lebensmittel
  • Pflegen und fördern eine offene Feedback-Kultur
  • Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards sowie der geltenden Vorschriften

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Lehre als Koch EFZ
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung vorzugsweise in der gehobenen Gastronomie
  • Zielstrebig und begeistert
  • Motiviert und Freude an Teamarbeit
  • Verantwortungsbewusst und zuverlässig
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und gute Kommunikation
