Ihre Herausforderung

  • Erste Ansprechperson für sämtliche IT-Störungen sowie Anliegen
  • Erfassen, Analysieren und Triage von Störungen sowie Anfragen
  • Beraten und Informieren von Kunden
  • Eskalieren von Grossstörungen und Critical-Incidents an die entsprechenden Stellen

Ihre Kompetenz

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufslehre oder ähnliches
  • Berufserfahrung im Call Center oder in der Kundenberatung
  • Gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office) sowie technisches Verständnis
  • Freude am telefonischen Kontakt
  • Kommunikative, flexible und belastbare Persönlichkeit
  • Sehr hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Pünktlichkeit
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Französisch- und/oder Italienischkenntnisse, gute Englischkennntisse
