Die LANDI Albis ist ein lebhaftes, wachsendes Handelsunternehmen, in der Nähe von Zürich im Knonaueramt, welches in den Bereichen Agrarhandel, Detailhandel und Energie tätig ist sowie eine eigene Hausbäckerei namens Albis Beck in Mettmenstetten betreibt.

Für unsere LANDI Filiale in Adliswil suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine verantwortungsbewusste und motivierte Persönlichkeit für die Stelle Ladenleitung Stellvertretung (w/m/d) 80-100%.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Professionelle Beratung und Betreuung der anspruchsvollen, stadtnahen Kundschaft
  • Mithilfe bei der Sicherstellung der Verkaufsbereitschaft durch Planung und Koordination von Personaleinsätze und Verkaufsaktivitäten
  • Bedienung der Kasse und Verantwortung für den Tagesabschluss
  • Bei Abwesenheiten der Ladenleitung führen Sie das Ladenpersonal
  • Sie helfen bei Bedarf in anderen Rayons des LANDI Ladens aus
  • Diverse administrative Tätigkeiten
Ihr Profil
  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Detailhandel und Erfahrung im Bereich Gartencenter/Baumarkt
  • Erste Führungserfahrungen in einer ähnlichen Position
  • Unternehmerisch denkende, organisationsstarke, kundenfreundliche und belastbare Persönlichkeit
  • Flexibilität und Mobilität
  • Idealerweise Führerausweis Kleintransporter mit Hebebühne und Anhängerprüfung
