Profil du candidat Your profile

• Professional Maturity, native French speaker and fluent English (minimum B2).
• Minimum 2-3 years of successful experience in reception or general services in an international environment in Switzerland.
• Good command of MS Office, knowledge of Autocad is an asset.
• Good presentation, service orientation, good interpersonal skills, organized, flexible and able to deal with unexpected events.

Activités What you will do

• Assist the general services manager in the management of the buildings
• Welcome new employees (badges, parking cards, keys, information, security, etc.)
• Maintenance of the supplier list, management of orders/purchases and invoice control
• Coordination of on-site interventions, updating of plans on Autocad (works, reorganization, etc.)
• Management of parking lots and conference rooms
• Various services, facilities management

TotalEnergies has developed a strong expertise in oil and biofuels, natural gas and electricity trading. Trading entities are based in Geneva, Paris, Houston and Singapore.

TotalEnergies installed its European trading hub across in Geneva, which now bring together very large teams around trading activities: TotalEnergies Trading & Shipping (T&S) and TotalEnergies Gas and Power (TGP).

We are looking to hire our new General Services Assistant who will be based in our Geneva HQ.
