We are seeking for highly organized and multilingual candidate to join an international organisation as English Translation Assistant....
- Manage the dispatch, receipt and delivery of translations
- Provide administrative support
- Management and invoicing, draft administrative correspondence and process administrative
- Proof-read translations when requested
- Perform standard searches using computer- assisted-translation and terminology and replace the relevant text in the document prior to translation (pre-translation)
Your profil :
- Two years of relevant administrative support and translation work experience.
- Excellent knowledge of English and French
- IT : Microsoft Office Suite, Trados Studio
- Qualifications and/or experience in translation and/or editing (English) would also be a distinct advantage.
