Due to our expansion, our Quality department is looking for a

Quality Assistant

(Complaint & Materiovigilance Assistant)

12 months short term contract

Based in the Spineart headquarter, the Assistant will support the Materiovigilance Coordinator

Missions

· Record the Customer complaints and Field events forms

· Fill in the Complaints database (excel)

· Create and complete the complaint folders

· Analyze the technical data and review of the documentation

· Prepare the Customer complaint reports

· Send the reports to the Customers

Profile:

· Proven experience in a Quality or R&D department

· Experience in Medical Devices would be a plus

· At ease with investigation and comparison tasks

· Good knowledge of Excel

· Fluent in English and French

· Highly organised, detail orientated.

· Driving licence: occasional trips to French production sites, at the border

Job Types: 100%, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
