We are seeking a driven and innovative Web3 Product owner to join our team in building the next generation of decentralized applications and services. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of user experiences within the Web3 ecosystem.

The ideal candidates will possess a deep understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain principles, and a passion for user-centric product development. Experience or knowledge of Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI) frameworks will be a significant advantage.

• Product Vision and Strategy: Define and execute the product vision and strategy for our Web3 products, aligning with the companys overall goals.

• Market and User Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities within the Web3 space.

• Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on market feedback and user insights.

• Go-to-market strategies: combine market insights and user research into a comprehensive GTM, ensuring the products success and strong product-to-market fit.

• Feature Design and Prioritization: Collaborate with UX/UI designers and engineers to conceptualize, design, and prioritize features that enhance the user experience.

• Technical Understanding: Maintain a strong understanding of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and emerging Web3 trends.

• SSI Integration (Plus): If knowledgeable, explore and potentially integrate SSI principles and frameworks into our products to enhance user privacy, security, and data ownership.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure smooth product development and launch.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and user feedback to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on features.

• Community Engagement: Actively engage with the Web3 community, gather feedback, and build relationships with users, developers, and partners.

• Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Product owner, preferably in the technology or blockchain industry.

• Web3 Enthusiast: A deep understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain principles, and decentralized application ecosystems.

• User-Centric Focus: A passion for creating user-friendly and intuitive products that solve real-world problems.

• Technical Acumen: Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and understand technical concepts.

• Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.

• Agile Mindset: Experience working in an agile development environment and adapting to changing priorities.

• SSI Knowledge (Plus): Familiarity with SSI concepts, protocols, and frameworks (e.g., DID, KERI) is a significant advantage.

• Passion for Innovation: A drive to explore new technologies and push the boundaries of whats possible in the Web3 space.

• SSI is getting a lot of adoption in support of data privacy, your ability to spot opportunities and work directly with clients to deliver value to our clients will be a massive driver of success.

• Fostering a thriving open source ecosystem, driven towards a general purpose identity solution that can be used and deployed by any one in a wide variety of industries.

• Experience with specific blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Polkadot, Cardano)

• Background in cryptography or security protocols

• Contributions to open-source Web3 projects
