Afin de compléter notre équipe du service après-vente, nous sommes à la recherche d’un /d’une

Secrétaire technique 60% – 80% Vos missions
  • Gestion administrative des activités internes du service après-vente
  • Gestion des offres et des confirmations de commandes
  • Planification de l’envoi de la marchandise aux clients
  • Préparation de la facturation
  • Gestion des demandes entrantes (téléphones, emails, …)
Votre profil
  • CFC d’employé/e de commerce ou formation équivalente
  • Excellentes compétences informatiques et aisance dans l’utilisation des programmes usuels (la connaissance de l’ERP Microsoft Dynamics Business Central est un atout)
  • De langue maternelle française, avec de bonnes connaissances en allemand et en anglais un atout
  • Sens des relations et du service à la clientèle
  • Bonne résistance au stress
  • Aptitude à travailler de manière autonome
  • Expérience dans un poste similaire
