What will you do

The Sr Manager, Global Retail Excellence Self Care Category & Shopper is an influential voice of customer and category role within our brand and customer development teams. This individual will employ advanced analytics and insights to shape and deploy global category leadership and growth strategies.

This individual will provide critical inputs to shape the Global Self Care Category & Shopper Insights & Analytics roadmap with focus on optimizing global to local data management, shopper insight delivery and building category leading, consistent brand execution framework fit for use across multiple regions. The Sr Manager is responsible for collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups to ensure the category and brand solutions are scalable and deliver a clear vision that will drive strategic growth for the organization and our retail partners. When required, this individual will support strategic category and retail initiatives across multiple categories, in partnership with the VP and segment Senior Director, with a focus on developing elevated thought leadership and growth opportunities for Kenvue.

Key Responsibilities

Capability Leadership Role

• Executes capability roadmap and playbook for Category Visioning and Category Solutions for assigned Segment.

• Leads Category Visioning and Solutions (including category and brand leadership stories) across segment BDTs based on prioritization and focus from 3YOP and OKRs.

• Leads development of category solutions and multi-brand activation opportunities based on consumer insights and portfolio priorities.

• Partners with priority market capability leads on deployment of category vision, and transcreation of category development and brand growth strategies with retailers.

• Leads work on category solutions and activation across full Kenvue Portfolio for key consumer target (i.e. Pediatric/Young Family, Aging Consumer, Gen Z, etc.)

• Is the Retail Excellence liaison for a BDT to ensure voice of customer and core retail excellence principles are activated across BDT
• Brings priorities to retail excellence squads for alignment and prioritization of work.

Required Skills / Experiences

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree

• 5+ years of Consumer Products industry experience in Category or Customer Strategy, Customer Business Development, Category Insights & Analytics, and/or Shopper Insights & analytics

• Budgeting and forecasting, commercial and financial acumen.

• Direct customer sales experience in CPG is preferred.

• Extensive knowledge of omni retail customer store operations, structure, strategy, and retail execution tactics preferred.

• Up to 15% global or domestic travel
